Good enough

I bought this moisturizer in May and it has been 4 months since I’ve used it alongside tretinoin.
It is a pretty thick occlusive formula, comparable to Nivea’s dark blue lotion variants but I would say it is even thicker than that. A little goes a long way so even a pea sized amount is good enough to cover the entire face. It leaves the skin hydrated and nourished and very glowy and so for that reason i think it works best as a night treatment to lock in all the actives. The glowiness and hydration lasts even after waking up but that could also be attributed to me having oilier skin.
The only problem I have with it is the scent. Its very buttery and synthetic smelling. I’m not sure how to describe it. But if you have used unscented products in the past, going to this one will have you making a face. However you do get used to the scent and it doesnt bother you as much. If they could somehow remove the scent it would actually be pretty good.
Overall I think for the price point and the quantity you get its a good product.
